At Liaonmskj, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund and exchange process.

🔁 Exchange Policy
✅ We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

How to Request an Exchange:
1️⃣ Contact us at service@liaonmskj.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
2️⃣ Wait for approval – Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective).
4️⃣ Receive your new item – Once we process the return, we’ll ship the replacement.

(Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or offer store credit.)

💰 Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
✔ Full refunds are available within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
✔ Partial refunds may apply for opened/used items at our discretion.
❌ Final sale items (e.g., clearance products) are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:
1️⃣ Email service@liaonmskj.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Once approved, ship the item to our return address (provided via email).
3️⃣ Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

(Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.)
